The REDIS Graduate Training Program is utilised to develop company leaders. This program provides broad experience and training at the outset of your career. If all your business and technical knowledge has come from books, your world of knowledge could do with a dose of reality.
You'll work with your mentor to plan out a personal program of developmental assignments that reflect your interests and the company's needs. You'll receive support, coaching and mentoring from your program mentor as well as your immediate supervisors. You'll explore different aspects of your professional field, so that you can make informed choices about your career growth. You'll network with colleagues in the program to develop social and business relationships.
Successful candidates typically have a scholastic record that demonstrates characteristics such as the ability to work well with others, self expression, maturity and resourcefulness.
